About Me:

I enjoy being an AEP as i enjoys assisting individuals in achieving their short and long-term goals and providing individualised and memorable services for all patients. I believe in exercise is medicine and is an incredible tool to help people improve their quality of life.

I have been working with AH for since January 2022 since completing a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of the Sunshine Coast.

Outside of work you will find me swimming, playing golf and participating in team sports with friends.

I have a keen interest in children to teens with special needs including ASD, CP, Down Syndrome and MS. AI take pride in developing programs to enable enjoyable exercise for all special needs and abilities.
