Activate Health is passionate about improving the quality of life, functional capacity, and physical and mental wellbeing of individuals of all ages, disabilities, and disabilities. Our quality Allied Health providers and administrations team are passionate about creating a

comfortable and supportive environment for best intervention results.

We have purpose built practices in Yeppoon, Rockhampton, and Emu Park, and visit Mt Morgan Weekly. We also provide Hydrotherapy services and classes, home visits, and programs to living facilities, Schools, and Kindergartens.

We offer a huge range of services and prpgrams, developed over our 10 years of practice in the CQ region based on the needs of our community. These include:

ACTIVATE Ability (people with special needs)

ACTIV Play – therapy intervention through play

ACTIV Work readiness– Return to work rehabilitation and health promotion. Including Functional capacity and suitable duties programs

ACTIVATE Work Ability – Job readiness interventions for persons with special needs. Including Vocational and job capacity assessments, and workplace modification recommendations.

ACTIVATE ATSI – Health promotion programs for Aboriginal and Torres Straight islander people

ACTIV Seniors – Individual and group programs for seniors and elderly

ACTIV Survivors– Cancer patients and survivors

ACTIV Ladies and ACTIV Blokes – Exercise Classes tailored to the needs in the group.

ACTIV Mobility – Gentle and seated exercise interventions for those with a falls risk, in high pain, or low mobility.
