Our Practices

Activate Health have practices in Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Emu Park, and Mount Morgan with fully equipped private therapy gyms, consult rooms, specialised equipment for rehabilitation, disability specific, and special needs. Everything from PLAY to PERFORMANCE.

We have everything to help you feel comfortable while working towards achieving your goals!

We also do out of practice services in all practice areas including:

Home therapy visits,
Disability and aged residents high and low care housing facilities and,
Hydrotherapy sessions,

ROCKHAMPTON – 5/ 287 Richardson Road, Kawana (Corner of Richardson and Mercer Street)

Private air-conditioned, fully equipped exercise studio including specialized equipment for special needs, seniors, and children. Fully accessible bathroom facilities and parking.

YEPPOON – 2 Braithwaite Street (opposite Ian Weigh Toyota)

Private air-conditioned, fully equipped exercise studio/exercise therapy gym, 4 private Allied Health offices, bathroom facilities, disabled access and accessible parking.

EMU PARK – 3/24 Hill Street (Weekdays by Appointment only)

Private air-conditioned, fully equipped exercise studio including Allied Health rooms, bathroom facilities, disabled access and accessible parking.

MOUNT MORGAN- Allied Health Building, Mount Morgan Hospital (Thursdays by appointment only)

In-home Therapy sessions

In home therapy visits can be performed as needed and referral specified (DVA, NDIS, and My aged care packages). Our Exercise Physiologist’s, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapist’s can visit your private residence, group homes, or retirement facility and design programs which can be achieved in this setting. Please call our friendly administration team to discuss your needs.
