Hi, I’m Lucy!

About Me:

I graduated in 2024 from the University of the Sunshine Coast and joined the Activate Health team in December of 2024. I am committed to helping individuals of all ages and abilities achieve their health and fitness goals. I believe in a holistic approach to health, focusing not only on physical improvement but also on fostering motivation, confidence, and long-term well-being. Whether it’s working with neurodivergent individuals, individuals with chronic conditions, or those new to exercise, I enjoy the challenge of tailoring programs that are both effective and enjoyable. My goal is to make exercise accessible and sustainable for everyone, helping clients transform their lives through movement and empowerment.

Outside of work you will find me riding my bike in the bush or running by the sea. I love the outdoors, even when it is sweltering hot on the central coast!
