Hi, I’m Hannah!

About Me:

I love exercise, health and helping people, then I discovered a profession in Exercise Physiology which allowed me to combine all of that perfectly. I’ve always been a caring person with a lot of empathy to give. I could never work a corporate office job. I love working at Activate Health as every day is different and every person is different. We don’t treat any two people the same but rather specifically for their concerns, conditions, injuries and goals. Since working at AH I have formed strong bonds with our clientele, I look forward to seeing my clients each week and hearing their stories and exercise/ health successes, it is great to be a part of their journey.

My interests:

• Workplace rehabilitation
• Sports performance, specifically swimming
• Helping clients reduce pain and increase function
