About Me:

I graduated as an accredited Physio in 2016, I have a keen interest in musculoskeletal and cardiopulmonary condition. As a physio, my passion extends far beyond the technical aspects of rehabilitation; it lies on my empathy and transformative connection that I establish with my patients. My goal is to inspire hope and help people to recover and rediscover their active lifestyle and full potential.

In my spare time you’ll catch me trying out different recipes, watching movies and exploring nature. I have a sweet tooth but I also try to keep active or stay in shape by fasting and going for walks every day. I always believe that kindness is the universal language that’s why I try to be kind whenever possible, because it’s always possible.
