Clinical Pilates is: A form of exercise focused on retraining and recruiting the stabilising muscles (core stability) whilst improving strength and flexibility of the body in a safe and effective way. Clinical Pilates can be used as a means of assisting in treatment of various injuries / pain. It is focused on improving movement pattern with control, body awareness and proper breathing. The Physiotherapist will guide your technique and ensure your practicing in an optimal and safe way, that is best for your body and unique needs. The class is run by a qualified Physiotherapist with post graduate training.

All levels are welcome, and this class is great for beginners. The class size is small ensuring more individual support is able to be received. The Physiotherapist is trained to work around your aches and pains to make sure every one is able to engage as much as possible. All classes finish with a guided meditation as mental health is just as important as physical health – perfect to de-stress after a busy day.
Class time is: 5-5:45pm Monday Nights. (Rockhampton Clinic)
