Hi, I’m Charlotte!

I graduated from University of Southern Queensland in 2025 after studying a Bachelors of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours). After graduating high school I was unsure of what I wanted to do with the rest of my life but I knew I was passionate about helping people and I really enjoyed exercise. This led me to discovering Exercise Physiology. After learning about how important and beneficial exercise is for everyone, regardless of their diagnoses, I knew that this was the path I wanted to go down.

I chose to work at Activate Health because I loved seeing how much the staff care for each other and their clients. I also love how client-focused Activate Health is as most private practices I have come across aren’t as client focused as they claim to be. One of my special interests includes women’s health which I am currently trying to learn more about.
