About Me:

I am a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for musculoskeletal conditions, ranging from sport-related injuries to desk job-related pains. I value a holistic, patient-centred approach, tailoring treatment plans according to the individual’s goals and needs. My goal is to help individuals achieve their desired lifestyle through a series of exercises and education on self-management of pain, corrective exercises and enhancing overall movement efficiency.

In my free time, I enjoy playing basketball, going on road trips, keeping active in the gym, and trying out new food.
