Men’s Exercise Session
A small group exercise circuit specific to the needs and goals of the participating males.
An ever changing enjoyable session focusing on increasing health, losing weight, increasing function for manual tasks, increasing performance for life and recreation. Also suitable for managing osteoarthritis, hypertension, joint pain, and type 2 Diabetes.
All classes are supervised by experienced Accredited Exercise Physiologist’s that tailor the class and exercises to individual needs and abilities. A private initial assessment is preferably conducted prior to joining, at the cost of a regular consultation to ensure participant safety, appropriate group level and class specificity.
